As a result of PSEH2RENOV it is intended to obtain efficient and competitive hydrogen production technologies that allow the introduction of the hydrogen economy in Spain, studying an important number of dimensions for energy supply models that could be as a serious candidate to replace the current one:
Hydrogen production technology:
Water electrolysis associated to eolic and solar energy.
Thermochemical cycles and decarbonization.
Thermocatalytic decomposition and reformig/gasification of biomass, biogas and wastes of biomass.

Purification and separation technologies of hydrogen
Development of integrated systems of conversion fuels into hydrogen.
Technical and economic studies.
Spreading and promotion the hydrogen technologies in the society.
